female actors, the character of Ellen Ripley from the Alien franchise
immortalized her as a feminist icon. Outside of those films, she has also
starred in films such as Ghostbusters, Gorillas In The Mist, The Ice Storm,
Avatar, and (alongside a certain cameo) 2012’s Rampart. An extraordinarily
varied actress.
